Description of the options: Vereiste opties (De inschrijver voegt digitaal in .pdf-bestand zijn catalogus en bijhorende prijslijst (excl. btw) toe aan zijn offerte waarin zijn ganse assortiment is opgenomen. Deze prijslijst is bindend gedurende de volledige looptijd van het contract. Een prijsherziening, conform II.5 van het bestek, is ook van toepassing op de catalogus. De inschrijver heeft ook de mogelijkheid om een standaardprijslijst op te geven met eventuele vermelding van een kortingspercentage dat van toepassing is op de opdracht. De catalogus en bijhorende prijslijst (excl. btw), dan wel het kortingspercentage maken deel uit van de gunningscriteria. Het staat de afnemers vrij om af te nemen van nieuwe catalogusproducten die bij de indiening nog niet opgenomen waren. Hierop zullen de catalogusprijzen met verrekening van het kortingspercentage van toepassing zijn. In de productcatalogus, die net als de volledige offerte digitaal moet worden aangeleverd, zijn volgende gegevens gemakkelijk terug te vinden: - Artikelnummer - Artikelnaam (merk en type) - Catalogusprijs (excl. btw) Het staat de afnemers vrij om af te nemen van nieuwe catalogusproducten die bij de indiening nog niet opgenomen waren. Hierop zullen de catalogusprijzen met verrekening van het kortingspercentage van toepassing zijn.
