Contractul include: a) Lucrari de constructie; b) Furnizare si montaj utilaje si echipamente tehnologice; c) Testare si punere in functiune; d) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Garantie. Durata de executie a lucrarilor si punere in functiune a instalatiilor este de 24 luni. Perioada de Garantie este de 36 luni. Valoarea estimată a contractului include Sume Provizionate în valoare totală de 442,478.00 lei, pentru realizarea racordurilor electrice pentru alimentarea stațiilor de pompare ape uzate. Valoarea estimata a contractului nu include sumele reprezentand „cheltuieli diverse si neprevazute".
