Pilna potrzeba udzielenia zamówienia i skrócenie terminu składania ofert wynika z konieczności zagwarantowania ciągłości realizacji umów zawartych z NFZ . Brak przedmiotowych produktów leczniczych w Szpitalach UCK WUM niewątpliwie uniemożliwi realizację zawartych zobowiązań . Pilna potrzeba przeprowadzenia postępowania przetargowego w związku z wprowadzeniem nowych leków do receptariusza szpitala CSK, do realizowanych w UCK WUM programów lekowych, podpisaniem umów z NFZ na realizację nowych programów lekowych, nieudanymi postępowaniami przetargowymi: DZPUCK262.002.2026 cz. 9 ,10; DZPUCK.262.015.2026 cz. 55, 64; DZPUCK.262.022.2026 cz. 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37; DZPUCK.262.049.2026 cz. 27; DZPUCK.262.062.2026 cz. 20, 21, 23, 50.
