Title: Groepsaankoop raamovereenkomst voor het afhalen en leveren van bestratingsmateriaal
Description: Deze groepsaankoop betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met meerdere opdrachtnemers cfr. art. 43 §5, 1° Wet Overheidsopdrachten 2016 voor het afhalen of leveren van betonnen bestratingsmaterialen zoals klinkers, straatstenen, tegels, betonbanden, goten, grasbetontegels etc. enerzijds, en anderzijds ook bulkmateriaal zoals dolomiet, grind, kalksteenslag, porfier split etc., en dit voor de looptijd van 48 maanden, aan de besturen verspreid over het werkingsgebied van IOK en die lid zijn van de intergemeentelijke aankoopdienst van IOK. In het kader van deze raamovereenkomst dient een breed gamma van goederen beschikbaar te zijn en moet bij voorkeur uit voorraad geleverd kunnen worden. Om een snelle levering van dit materiaal te waarborgen zal er daarom voor de concrete toewijzing van deelopdrachten (afnames) met een cascadesysteem gewerkt worden. Het betreft een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst zonder enige afnameverplichting. Bijgevolg zijn, niettegenstaande de gunning en sluiting van de raamovereenkomst door de aanbestedende overheid IOK op basis van onderhavig bestek, de voormelde besturen vrij om elders te bestellen tijdens de duur van het contract of geen bestelling te plaatsen. De opdrachtnemer kan hiervoor geen schadevergoeding eisen. De opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen: - Perceel 1: “Betonnen bestratingsmateriaal” - Perceel 2: “Granulaten in bulk”
