Description: Openbare besturen hebben de wettelijke verplichting om bestuursdocumenten te archiveren en dit archief te documenteren. In tijden van digitalisering ontstaat er een mix van papieren documenten en digitale documenten. Om het archief- en informatiebeheer te managen, wordt momenteel reeds gebruik gemaakt van een softwarepakket. De raamovereenkomst van het huidige pakket loopt af en dus voert POLIS een nieuwe procedure voor het aankopen en onderhouden van een informatie- en archiefbeheersysteem. Deze raamovereenkomst voorziet in het uitwerken van een duurzame softwareoplossing waarop Vlaamse besturen kunnen intekenen. De aanbestedende overheid wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één deelnemer. Met deze raamovereenkomst gaat de aanbestedende overheid op zoek naar een partner die instaat voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en het onderhoud van de software-oplossing bij Vlaamse steden en gemeenten en andere Vlaamse openbare instellingen.
