Description: De opdracht omvat het beheer en de verdere innovatie van de Digitale Werkplek van de Vervoerregio, die is gebaseerd op Microsoft 365, Intune en Windows 11. In lijn met de "One Stop Shop"-filosofie verwacht de Aanbestedende Dienst dat de geselecteerde leverancier niet alleen de benodigde persoonlijke hardware zoals laptops en telefoons levert en beheert, maar ook overige kantoorhardware, waaronder connectiviteitsapparatuur, werkplekken en vergaderapparatuur. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht het beheer van mobiele en, in beperkte mate, vaste telefoonabonnementen. De waarde van de opdracht wordt voor de reguliere dienstverlening geraamd op gemiddeld € 350.000,- exclusief btw per jaar, voor projecten wordt een raming van € 3.200.000,- gehanteerd wat resulteert in een totale waarde van € 6.000.000,- exclusief btw over de maximale contractperiode van 8 jaar.
