DescriptionLe présent marché a pour objet des missions d'expertise et de contrôle de concessions relatif à des exercices annuels pour le compte du groupement de commande défini précédemment ainsi que des missions connexes. Les prestations seront réalisées dans la région Bourgogne Franche-Comté, pour le compte des AODE (Autorité Organisatrice Distribution d'Energie) listées ci-dessous : Le SICECO Territoire d'énergie Côte d'Or (21000 Dijon) : coordonnateur du groupement ; Le SIEEEN - Syndicat Intercommunal d'Energies, d'Equipement et d'Environnement de la Nièvre (58000 Nevers) ; Le SIED70 - Syndicat d'énergie Haute-Saône (70000 Vesoul) ; Le SYDESL - Syndicat Départemental d'Energie de Saône et Loire (71000 Macon) ; Le SDEY - Syndicat Départemental d'Energies de l'Yonne (89000 Auxerre).

Additional informationIl s’agit d’un marché passé sous la forme d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, conclu sans minimum mais avec un maximum par lot, d'une durée d'une année à compter de la notification du marché, reconductible tacitement 5 fois, pour une période d'une année, soit une durée totale de 6 ans. Les contrôles porteront sur des exercices annuels échus. Chaque AODE émettra un bon de commande. Dans une année de marché, un membre du groupement peut commander des missions sur trois années. Par exemple, lors de la première année de marché (2026-2027), les missions de contrôle pourront concerner les années 2025-2026 et/ou 2027. Cependant, une mission de contrôle ne peut pas concerner simultanément plus de deux exercices annuels des concessionnaires. Sur toute la durée du marché, les exercices de contrôle pourront donc concerner les années 2025 à 2031.
