Das Bestandsgebäude wird mit Gas versorgt, der Erweiterungsbau soll über eine Luft- Wärmepumpe beheizt werden. Es ist zu prüfen ob auch der Bestand über Luft- Wärmepumpen angebunden werden kann. Die Wasseraufbereitung soll dezentral erfolgen. (ebenso die Lüftung)
