Prezenta documentatie de atribuire contine cerintele, criteriile, regulile si informatiile necesare pentru a asigura ofertantilor o informare completa, corecta si explicita cu privire la modul de aplicare a procedurii de atribuire având ca obiect delegarea gestiunii prin atribuirea acordului-cadru pentru serviciul public de salubrizare pe raza Sectorului 4 al Municipiului Bucuresti. Principalele activitati ce urmeaza a fi prestate de catre delegatar/prestator pe parcursul perioadei de derulare a acordului – cadru constau în: colectarea separata si gestionarea deseurilor menajere, colectarea separata si gestionarea deseurilor similare, colectarea separata si transportul deseurilor periculoase din deseurile menajere (cu exceptia celor cu regim special), colectarea separata si gestionarea deseurilor voluminoase provenite de la populatie, institutii publice si agenti economici, maturatul manual, maturatul mecanizat, spalarea carosabilului si a trotuarelor, strpitul carosabilului, întretinerea curateniei, curatatul manual al zapezii, curatatul mecanizat al zapezii (inclusiv pluguit), colectarea si transportul zapezii, colectare cadavrelor de animal, alte activitati ocazionale si servicii conexe (razuitul rigolelor) conform cerintelor stabilite prin Caietul de sarcini.
