The projects include renovation and maintenance of the existing buildings, as well as new buildings and alterations. The buildings are mainly located in Troms county and consist of several types of buildings typical of Statsbygg. Examples of these can be, children and family institutions, prisons, buildings with protection status and cultural memorial, university and university colleges, social and cultural buildings etc.
