The RSA recently published a Contract Notice seeking Tenders for the establishment of a multi-party multi-lot framework for the services related to representation of the RSA in the prosecution of summary offences in connection with breaches of the legal provisions referred to in this section together with any other prosecutions or other court actions which RSA is or may become authorised to bring.

Having evaluated the Tenders received in line with the evaluation methodology set out in the RFT, the RSA has established the Framework as further described in this Contract Award Notice.
