Additional information: 1. Doba trvania DNS je od jeho zriadenia do vyčerpania predpokladanej hodnoty alebo do uplynutia štyroch (4) rokov podľa toho, ktorá skutočnosť nastane skôr 2. Verejný obstarávateľ bude pri komunikácii v celom procese obstarávania, t.j. pred aj po zaradení do DNS a pred aj po lehote na predkladanie ponúk viažucej sa ku konkrétnej zákazke postupovať v súlade s § 20 zákona o verejnom obstarávaní a komunikovať prostredníctvom komunikačného rozhrania systému JOSEPHINE. 3. Súťažné podklady a ostatná dokumentácia k predmetnému DNS ako aj k jednotlivým zákazkám bude uverejnená v príslušnej časti v systéme Josephine umiestnenom na webovej adrese https://josephine.proebiz.com/, čím verejný obstarávateľ umožňuje neobmedzený a priamy prístup k podkladom. 4. Pravidlá pre doručovanie zásielok: zásielka sa považuje za doručenú, ak jej adresát bude mať objektívnu možnosť oboznámiť sa s jej obsahom, tzn. akonáhle sa dostane zásielka do sféry jeho dispozície. 5. Ponuky a žiadosti o zaradenie v rámci konkrétnych zákaziek budú vyhotovené elektronicky v zmysle § 49 ods. 1 písm. a) zákona o verejnom obstarávaní a vložená do systému JOSEPHINE umiestnenom na webovej adrese https://josephine.proebiz.com/. 6. Predkladanie ponúk je umožnené iba autentifikovaným uchádzačom. Autentifikáciu je možné previesť týmito spôsobmi: a) v systéme JOSEPHINE registráciou a prihlásením pomocou občianskeho preukazu s elektronickým čipom a bezpečnostným osobnostným kódom (eID). V systéme je autentifikovaná spoločnosť, ktorú pomocou eID registruje štatutár danej spoločnosti. Autentifikáciu vykonáva poskytovateľ systému JOSEPHINE, a to v pracovných dňoch v čase 8.00 16.00 hod. b) nahraním kvalifikovaného elektronického podpisu (napríklad podpisu eID) štatutára danej spoločnosti na kartu užívateľa po registrácii a prihlásení do systému JOSEPHINE. Autentifikáciu vykoná poskytovateľ systému JOSEPHINE, a to v pracovných dňoch v čase 8.00 16.00 hod. c) vložením plnej moci na kartu užívateľa po registrácii, ktorá je podpísaná elektronickým podpisom štatutára aj splnomocnenou osobou, alebo prešla zaručenou konverziou. Autentifikáciu vykoná poskytovateľ systému JOSEPHINE, a to v pracovné dni v čase 8.00 16.00 hod. d) počkaním na autentifikačný kód, ktorý bude poslaný na adresu sídla firmy do rúk štatutára uchádzača v listovej podobe formou doporučenej pošty. Lehota na tento úkon sú obvykle 4 pracovné dni a je potrebné s touto lehotou počítať pri vkladaní ponuky. 7. Všetky výdavky spojené so zaradením do DNS, s prípadnou a predložením ponuky do vybraných zákaziek znáša záujemca bez akéhokoľvek finančného alebo iného nároku voči verejnému obstarávateľovi.
