Description: Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Karelia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy:n sähkövarastojen hankinnasta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti Wärtsilä-kampukselle. Hankinta koskee avaimet käteen -toimitusta, joka sisältää akkuvaraston suunnittelun, laitteiston, asennuksen, testauksen, käyttöönoton, dokumentaation, koulutuksen, huolto- ylläpitosopimuksen ja takuun. Tarjoajan tulee esittää tarjouksen liitteessä alustava aikatauluehdotus akuston toimittamisesta. Lisäksi tarjoajan tulee esittää toimitusaika mihin se sitoutuu. Toimitusaika lasketaan sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta lukien. Akkuvaraston tulee kuitenkin valmistua 31.12.2026 mennessä. Kohde johon sähkövarasto(t) tullaan sijoittamaan on opetuskäytössä urakan aikana ja akustonasennus tulee suorittaa sen mukaisesti. Ennen tarjouksen jättämistä tarjoaja voi varata tutustumisen asennuskohteeseen tarjouspyynnössä olevalta yhteyshenkilöltä. Tutustuminen kohteeseen ei ole pakollista. Mikäli tarjoaja jättää käymättä paikan päällä, ei tarjoaja voi myöhemmin vedota seikkoihin, jotka olisi tutustumisen yhteydessä mahdollisesti käynyt ilmi. Tilaajan yhteyshenkilönä toimii Jarno Härkönen, jarno.harkonen@karelia.fi. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Laitteiden tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
