Ohjelmiston tulee mahdollistaa asiakkaan itsenäinen oirearvioinnin täyttäminen, jolla pyritään edistämään hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin asiakaslähtöisyyttä. Hankittavan digitaalisen ohjelmiston tulee olla integroitavissa Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen Lifecare -asiakas- ja potilastietojärjestelmään. Lifecare on Tietoevry Care Oy:n toimittama digitaalinen palvelualusta.
