Description of changes: Se realiza la siguiente enmienda a raíz de preguntas formuladas en la presente contratación que hacen necesaria la modificación de algún apartado del pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares con la máxima urgencia, evitando interpretaciones erróneas y dificultades en la presentación de ofertas y en la prestación de los servicios, las cuales hacen necesaria la modificación y aclaración de la licitación y que afecta a lo siguiente: a) Título del Lote 1: Se elimina la palabra consecutivos del título del lote de manera que éste pasa a tener la siguiente redacción: Lote 1: Servicio de guardias: Comprendido por una (1) guardia en viernes de 17 horas, una (1) guardia en sábado de 24 horas y una (1) guardia en domingo de 24 horas al mes. b) Modificación cláusula primera apartado 1.2 Hay limitación en la adjudicación, de modo que un mismo licitador no puede ser adjudicatario de más de un lote. c) Modificación del apartado c) de la solvencia técnica y profesional: Habrá que acreditar que la persona profesional que prestará directamente el servicio dispone de la titulación oficial universitaria (licenciatura/grado) de medicina con especialidad medicina familiar y comunitaria para poder ejercer como tal en el estado español, y con una experiencia profesional mínima de 3 años (en caso de profesional extranjero la titulación deberá ser homologada en España y debe poder ejercer en este territorio). Con esta enmienda se modifica cualquier documento del expediente que hace referencia a la misma, en especial el Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y se amplía el plazo de presentación de ofertas.
