Constructia de parcari in sectorul 6 al municipiului Bucuresti. Lucrarile de executie se vor realiza in conformitate cu prevederile proiectelor tehnice aferente fiecarui amplasament care vor fi elaborate de autoritatea contractanta conform prevederilor legale. Executarea lucrarilor parcari in sectorul 6 al municipiului Bucuresti, pe categorii de lucrari: lucrari de rezistenta (terasamente si fundatii, structura de rezistenta); lucrari de arhitectura (inchideri-compartimentari, finisaje interioare finisaje exterioare); accese rutiere; instalatii (instalatii electice, instalatie detectare, semnalizare si alarmare incendiu, instalatii electrice de curenti slabi); instalatii sanitare; instalatii termice; instalatii degivrare rampe; hidranti interior; hidranti exterior; instalatii presurizare spatiu tampon; coloana uscata; retele exterioare (retele exterioare apa, retele exterioare canalizare menajera, retele exterioare canalizare pluviala); refacere cadru natural dupa finalizarea lucrarilor; utilaj cu montaj; dotari; organizare de santier.
