Das bieterindividuelle Postfach auf der Vergabeplattform fungiert als "elektronischer Briefkasten" der Bieter und ist für den Zugang von Erklärungen, Nachforderungen pp. im Vergabeverfahren maßgeblich und verbindlich. 2. Der Versand der Informationsschreiben gemäß § 134 GWB und sonstiger Schriftverkehr, wie z.B. Nachforderungen, erfolgt ebenso über das Bieterpostfach der Vergabeplattform. 3. Eine Ausnahme von der Nutzung der Vergabeplattform besteht für die Zuschlagserteilung. Das Zuschlagsschreiben kann auch auf anderem Wege, z.B. per E-Mail an die vom Bieter benannte E-Mail-Adresse erfolgen. 4. Im Falle der Bewerbung einer Arbeits-/Bietergemeinschaft erfolgt die Korrespondenz ausschließlich über den bevollmächtigten Partner der Arbeits-/Bietergemeinschaft. 5. Werden die Leistungen von einer Bietergemeinschaft angeboten, sind die Auskünfte für jedes Mitglied der Bietergemeinschaft zu erklären. Will sich der Bieter bei der Leistungserbringung Dritter bedienen, sind die Auskünfte auf Verlangen auch von Dritten abzugeben.
