Description of selection criterion: Per perceel waaraan de inschrijver wil deelnemen een lijst van gelijkaardige leveringen die gedurende de afgelopen drie jaar (te tellen vanaf de publicatiedatum van de opdracht) werden verricht aan een ziekenhuis, met vermelding van de datum van levering en van de publiek- of privaatrechtelijke instanties (contactpersoon en contactgegevens) waarvoor zij bestemd waren. Description of selection criterion: Om de financiële draagkracht van de kandidaat te controleren zal de aanbestedende overheid gebruik maken van de GraydonCreditsafe International Score. Voor elke kandidaat zal de aanbestedende overheid zelf een GraydonCreditsafe rapport opvragen. De GraydonCreditsafe Internationale Score is een gestandaardiseerde score afgeleid van de normale GraydonCreditsafe score. Hierdoor kan een scorevergelijking worden gemaakt tussen bedrijven in verschillende landen. Description of selection criterion: * Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016. Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing.
