Description: Autoritatea contractantă intenționeaza achiziționarea a două Autovehicule de teren (Laboratoare mobile DVI) și de materiale specifice de uz criminalistic. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 10-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunere a ofertelor. Specificațiile tehnice se regăsesc ca anexe la caietul de sarcini. Achiziția se va efectua pe loturi, respectiv: Lotul 1: 2 cpl – Autovehicule de teren ( Laboratoare mobile DVI) Lotul 2: Materiale de criminalistică: Lotul 3: Echipamente mecanice: Lotul 4: Echipamente foto-video: Lotul 5: 4 buc costume protecție C.F.L. incendii și explozii Lotul 6: Echipamente măsură și control: Lotul 7:Sisteme de iluminare: În cadrul prezentei achiziții, produsele si materialele încorporate ce urmează a fi achiziționate trebuie să fie noi, nefolosite, de asemenea, vor fi oferite cele mai recente modele. Produsele și materialele încorporate ce urmează a fi achiziționate ar trebui să încorporeze cele mai recente îmbunătățiri în proiectare și materiale. Description: Pconsum – Punctajul aferent consumului de combustibil și se calculează în funcție de consumul prevăzut în COC - certificat de conformitate pentru un autovehicul similar, care să contina caracteristicile produselor ofertate (dimensiuni, puterea motorului, tip combustibil, nr. locuri, etc) , conform specificațiilor tehnice, astfel: Algoritm de calcul: a) Pentru oferta depusă pentru autovehicule cu cel mai mic consum de combustibil, exprimat în l/100 km, se vor acorda 10 puncte; b) Pentru o ofertă depusă pentru un autovehicule care va avea un consum de combustibil mai mare decât cel prevăzut la litera a) se acordă punctaj astfel: Pconsum=(Pconsum min/Pconsum n) x 10 Pconsum min – consumul aferent autovehiculelor ofertate care înregistrează cel mai mic consum, exprimat în l/100 km; Pconsum n – consumul aferent autovehiculelor ofertate la oferta n, exprimat în l/100 km. Pentru o evaluare concretă și transparentă în algoritmul de calcul se vor lua în calcul valorile consumului de combustibil specifice fazei combinate aferente ciclului WLTP.

Description: PCO2 - Punctajul aferent valorii emisiilor de CO2 generate de autovehicule și se calculează în nfuncție de valoarea emisiilor de CO2 prevăzute în COC - certificat de conformitate pentru un autovehicul similar, care sa contina caracteristicile prodususelor ofertate (dimensiuni, puterea motorului, tip combustibil, nr. locuri, etc), conform specificațiilor tehnice, astfel: Algoritm de calcul: a) Pentru oferta depusă pentru autovehicule cu cea mai mică valoarea a emisiilor de CO2, exprimate în g/km, se vor acorda 10 puncte; b) Pentru o ofertă depusă pentru autovehicule care va avea valoarea emisiilor de CO2 mai mare decât cea prevăzută la litera a) se acordă punctaj astfel: PCO2 = (PCO2 min/ PCO2 n) x 10 Unde: PCO2 min – valoarea emisiilor de CO2 aferente autovehiculelor ofertate care înregistrează cea mai mică valoare a emisiilor de CO2, exprimat în g/km; PCO2 n – valoarea emisiilor de CO2 a autovehiculelor ofertate la oferta n, exprimat în g/km.
