Presentación de ofertas: Las ofertas se presentarán, en todos los casos, en formato electrónico a través de un acceso seguro destinado a tal efecto y específico para cada Empresa que haya solicitado participar en esta licitación y que haya sido dada de alta en la aplicación electrónica. Estas ofertas podrán ser presentadas únicamente por aquella persona que previamente haya designado el oferente como persona de contacto y «Metro de Madrid, S.A.» haya dado autorización para acceder a la zona destinada a tal efecto mediante la validación de su certificado de identidad electrónica. Según la Ley de firma electrónica 59/2003, «Metro de Madrid, Sociedad Anónima» no es responsable del uso que se vaya a dar de ese certificado, recayendo ésta en el titular del mismo.
