Description: Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien ménager et le nettoyage des vitres des locaux de la Communauté d'Agglomération de la Région Dieppoise. Additional information: Visite des lieux (lot 1) : la visite est obligatoire et donnera lieu à la délivrance d'une attestation de visite. Les visites pourront être collectives et sont organisées aux dates suivantes : - Jeudi 21 mai 2026 à 14h00 - Vendredi 22 mai 2026 à 14h00 - Mardi 26 mai 2026 à 9h00 - Mercredi 03 juin 2026 à 15h00 Les candidats devront contacter la Communauté d'Agglomération dès le retrait du Dce pour prendre rendez-vous. Début d'exécution du lot n°1 : Trente jours après la notification du marché, le titulaire procédera à l'exécution des prestations dans les conditions fixées à l'article 8 du C.C.A.P. et selon les horaires d'intervention définis à l'article 4 du C.C.T.P. Réalisation de prestations similaires : les prestations, objet du lot n°1, pourront donner lieu à de nouveaux marchés pour la réalisation de prestations similaires, notamment dans le cas d'occupation de bâtiments supplémentaires. Reprise du personnel : conformément aux dispositions législatives et réglementaires en vigueur et à la convention collective nationale des entreprises de propreté et services associés, il appartiendra au titulaire du lot n°1 de reprendre le personnel employé par le précédent prestataire aux mêmes conditions contractuelles prenant en considération l'ancienneté dans l'emploi et les avantages acquis. Les éléments relatifs au personnel à reprendre, communiqués par le prestataire sortant, sont fournis en annexe 4 du Cctp. Insertion sociale : le lot n°1 fait l'objet d'une clause d'insertion visant à promouvoir l'emploi de personnes rencontrant des difficultés d'insertion et à lutter contre le chômage. Le respect de cette clause est une condition impérative d'exécution des prestations propre au lot n°1
