Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan kolme (3) toimittajaa/osa-alue, jollei soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttäviä tarjoajia tai hyväksyttäviä tarjouksia ole vähemmän. Puitejärjestelyyn perustuvat hankinnat tehdään tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevan palvelukuvauksen mukaisesti. Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Rinnakkaiset, vaihtoehtoiset tai osa-alueen sisäiset osatarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouksellaan kaikkiin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen sekä mahdollisesti hankintamenettelyn aikana annettujen lisätietojen mukaisiin ehtoihin. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus tarkastaa tarjoajan tarjousasiakirjoissaan antamat tiedot ennen hankintapäätöksen tekemistä.
