Description: Provision of Communication Services (SIM Cards) Lot 1 ECB. In order to provide ECB staff with a seamless, secure and resilient mobile communication environment, this tender brings together the full suite of services required for a modern mobility environment. It covers the provisioning and management of physical and digital SIM cards for all ECB devices, priority network access as mandated under German telecommunications legislation , and excellent in house mobile coverage across ECB premises. The scope further includes global mobile voice, SMS and data services, Wi Fi calling, along with the smooth replacement and migration of existing SIM cards. Continuous 24/7 support, comprehensive reporting, telecommunication expense management, invoicing services, and the ability to block premium rate numbers ensure a robust and transparent service landscape. In addition, there shall be an option to restrict voice and data usage on ships and planes for specific SIM cards, while allowing such usage for designated ECB key users as required and requested. The services to be procured therefore include: I. Provision of Mobile Voice and Data Communication Services: A. Access to cellular voice and data services with global coverage, with particular emphasis on Germany and Europe. B. Delivery and support of SIM Cards (physical SIM and digital SIM “eSIM”) . C. Provision of comprehensive usage reporting. D. Replacement and migration of existing ECB SIM Cards, including all associated services required for both voice and data. E.
