The total length of the network is app 41 km and consists of the following pipe diameters and manhole • Ø 300 mm, L=1,960 m • Ø 250 mm, L=3,750 m • Ø 200 mm, L=30,510 m • House connections, Ø 200 mm, L=5,000 m • Manholes, total 3,600 pcs Corrugated PE pipes is the collector’s material and concrete is the manhole material. - Construction of a new sewerage pumping station called "Cemenca" (Q=50 l/s; H=9 m, P=5 kW), and a pressure line diameter of Ø200 mm with a length of 165 m. The wastewater will be pumped through the pressure line to the existing pumping station "Duklo". - Rehabilitation of the existing pumping station "Duklo (Q=72 l/s; P=30 kW). As major part of the rehabilitation efforts, the existing manual screen will be replaced with an automated one.

Additional information: Procurement will be an open international procedure (without prequalification), single-stage, single envelop. Tender documents will be issued electronically upon request, free of charge. Tendering for contracts to be financed with the procedures of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and is open to tenderers from any country. Works’ Contract will be unit price-based contracts in compliance with the FIDIC Red Book 1999 models. The Bank shall not provide or otherwise make funds available, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of an individual or entity that is subject to financial sanctions imposed by the EU, either autonomously or pursuant to the financial sanctions decided by the United Nations Security Council on the basis of Article 41 of the UN Charter and EU sanctions giving effect to UN Security Council resolutions that impose sanctions. The Bidder shall not be in conflict of interests nor having been declared ineligible by the Banks. Description: a) Contract financing: WBIF Grants (WB-IG10-MNE-ENV-01) and Finance Contract „Montenegro Water and Sanitation” between Montenegro and the European Investment Bank. b) Clarifications on the contract notice may be sought from the contracting authority at the following email addresses: ana.dragicevic@niksic.me and nikola.vukmirovic@procon.me, at the latest 21 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Questions must be sent to the both e-mails. The Contracting Authority has no obligation to provide additional information after this date. The Contracting Authority must reply to all tenderers’ questions at least 14 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. c) All costs related to participation in this procurement procedure shall be borne by tenderers. d) Site visit : The bidder is highly recommended to visit and inspect the site of the works and its surroundings for the purpose of assessing, at its own responsibility, expense and risk, the factors necessary for preparing its tender and signing the contract for the works. Details of the site visit and a clarification meeting are included in tender documents. e) Submission of tenders All tenders must be received by the Contracting Authority before the time limit for submission of tenders. The Bids will be publicly opened and read out prompt after the submission in the presence of Bidders` designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend. First, envelopes marked “WITHDRAWAL” shall be opened and read out and the envelope with the corresponding Bid shall not be opened but returned to the Bidder. No Bid withdrawal shall be permitted unless the corresponding withdrawal notice contains a valid authorization to request the withdrawal and is read out at Bid opening. Next, envelopes marked “SUBSTITUTION” shall be opened and read out and exchanged with the corresponding Bid being substituted, and the substituted Bid shall not be opened, but returned to the Bidder. No Bid substitution shall be permitted unless the corresponding substitution notice contains a valid authorization to request the substitution and is read out at Bid opening. Next, envelopes marked “MODIFICATION” shall be opened and read out with the corresponding Bid. No Bid modification shall be permitted unless the corresponding modification notice contains a valid authorization to request the modification and is read out at Bid opening. Then all remaining envelopes shall be opened one at a time, reading out: the name of the Bidder and whether there is a modification; the total Bid Price, including any discounts and alternative Bids; the presence or absence of a Bid Security, if required; and any other details as the Employer may consider appropriate. Only discounts and alternative bids read out at Bid opening shall be considered for evaluation. The Letter of Bid and the Bill of Quantities are to be initialled by representatives of the Employer attending Bid opening in the manner specified in the BDS.
