Title: Gemeente Ermelo Omgevingsvisie 2.0 (nieuw)
Description: In 2025 is gestart met het traject Omgevingsvisie 2.0. Directe aanleiding was dat de huidige in 2022 vastgestelde omgevingsvisie onvoldoende antwoord geeft op actuele maatschappelijke opgaven die een ruimteclaim met zich meebrengen, zoals bijvoorbeeld grootschalige woningbouw. In het verlengde daarvan is geconstateerd dat de huidige omgevingsvisie onvoldoende integrale weging en keuzes op strategisch niveau maakt. Het gevolg hiervan is dat ad hoc beslist wordt zonder een overkoepelende 'rode draad'. Een duidelijke richting over wat we als Ermelo in de (verdere) toekomst willen zijn ontbreekt. Dit is aanleiding geweest het traject Omgevingsvisie 2.0 te starten. Inmiddels is met de Notitie Ermelo onderweg naar 2050 (zie bijlage) de eerste fase afgerond. De tweede fase start met dit plan van aanpak. Aanpak De aanpak van fase twee kent op hoofdlijnen drie stappen: voorbereiding (o.a. Opstellen communicatie- en participatieplan) opstellen en vaststellen Koersdocument inclusief mer- beoordeling opstellen en vaststellen Omgevingsvisie. De planning is erop gericht de Omgevingsvisie eind 2027 vast te stellen. Beoogd resultaat van fase twee is: een Koersdocument en daaropvolgend de Omgevingsvisie 2.0., binnen de context van het Ermelose beleidshuis (zoals beschreven in de Notitie Ermelo onderweg naar 2050). brede commitment bij zowel organisatie, bestuur als overige partijen voor de positie en het belang van de Omgevingsvisie binnen de nieuwe werkwijze.
