Description: Der Auftraggeber beauftragt zunächst nur die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2 gemäß HOAI und behält sich vor, die weiteren Leistungsphasen 3 bis 6 im Einzelnen oder im Ganzen weiter zu beauftragen. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf weitere Beauftragung, noch können daraus sonstige vertragliche Verpflichtungen für den Auftraggeber entstehen. Der Auftragnehmer ist im Falle des Abrufs verpflichtet, die Leistungen, ggfs. auch stufen-weise bzw. im Einzelnen oder im Ganzen, zu erbringen. Nach Abschluss der Genehmi-gungsplanung wird die Umsetzung durch einen Generalübernehmer erfolgen.
