Gedurende de eerste looptijd van de overeenkomst, vanaf 1 juli 2023 tot heden, is geconstateerd dat het zorglandschap niet voldoende dekkend is. We zien een kwantitatief capaciteitstekort; er staan inmiddels 219 Inwoners op de wachtlijst Beschermd wonen (peildatum januari 2026).
