Title: Montagedienstleistung Zählerwechsel für die Sparte Strom im Rahmen des Smart-Meter-Rollouts
Description: Ausgangslage: Die Netze ODR GmbH ist gemäß Messstellenbetriebsgesetz (MsbG) verpflichtet, konventionelle Ferrariszählpunkte sukzessive durch moderne Messeinrichtungen und intelligente Messsysteme zu ersetzen. Für den Rollout in den Kalenderjahren 2027 bis 2029 werden externe Montagedienstleistungen benötigt. Ziel der Leistungserbringung ist hierbei die ordnungsgemäße, rechtskonforme Durchführung von ca. 20.000 Zählerwechseln innerhalb eines fest definierten Ausführungszeitraums von 24 Monaten. Dienstleistungsumfang: Der Dienstleistungsumfang umfasst die vollständige operative Durchführung und Umsetzung des Zählerwechsels inklusive sämtlicher vorbereitender und nachgelagerten Tätigkeiten. Hierzu gehören insbesondere: - Routen und Ressourcenoptimierte Auftragsplanung der eingesetzten Monteure - Fristgerechte postalische Information der Kunden über den geplanten Gerätewechsel in Abhängigkeit der gemäß MsbG geforderten fristen. - Postalische Terminvereinbarung mit dem Kunden - Telefonische Kundenkommunikation zur Terminabstimmung sowie zur Aufklärung von Rückfragen des Kunden - Durchführung des Zählerwechsels (Demontage Altgerät / Montage Neugerät) inkl. aller hierfür erforderlichen Tätigkeiten. Diese können insbesondere sein: - Demontage von Rundsteuerempfängern - Bestimmung des Mobilfunkpegels in der Kundenanlage durch ein geeignetes Pegelmessgerät - Montage von Mobilfunkantennen in der Kundenanlage zur Verbesserung der Signalqualität - Dokumentation des Zählerwechsels mittels eigener Dokumentationsapp Der Anbieter muss eine Schnittstellenanbindung an den Auftraggeber mittels gängigen Webtechnologien aufbauen und betreiben. Dies umfasst die digitale Entgegennahme der vom Auftraggeber bereitgestellten Wechseldatensätze (voraussichtlich in Form strukturierter XML-Dateien) sowie die firstgerechte Rückmeldung der Montagedatensätze einschließlich aller Bilddokumentationen und der durchgeführten Pegelmessungen in der vom Auftraggeber festgelegten Qualität. Darüber hinaus hat der Anbieter ein Auftragnehmer Portal bereitzustellen, in dem der Auftragsbestand einschließlich der Terminplanung visualisiert wird und in das der Auftraggeber Einsicht nehmen kann. Eigenständige Einhaltung und Erfüllung der Sichern Lieferkette gemäß BSI Vorhaltung des benötigten Silke Equipments erfolgt durch den Auftragnehmer Teilnahmevorraussetzung: Der Auftragnehmer (AN) muss bereits erfolgreich am Teilnahmewettbewerb der Netze BW mit dem Titel L14 Zählermontage Strom Ausschreibung teilgenommen haben und sich auf der entsprechenden PQ Liste der Netze BW befinden. Interessenten können diese im Zuge des Teilnahmewettbewerbs beim AG erfragen.
