Description: Atribuirea unui contract de achiziţie publică având ca obiect prestarea serviciilor de modernizare pentru SISTEMUL ELECTRONIC DE CONTROL ACCES instalat la Aeroportul Internațional “Henri Coandă” București (AIHCB) și Aeroportul Internațional București Băneasa “Aurel Vlaicu” (AIBB-AV). Operatorul economic/candidatul are dreptul de a solicita, in scris, clarificări despre elementele cuprinse in documentaţia de atribuire a contractului de achiziție sectorială până cel târziu cu 5 (cinci) zile lucrătoare înainte de data limită pentru depunerea ofertei. Clarificarile formulate de catre operatorii economici interesati pot fi solicitate in conformitate cu prevederile art. 82 si 83 din OUG nr. 114/2011 si vor fi transmise la urmatoarea adresa: CN Aeroporturi Bucuresti S.A., oras Otopeni, Calea Bucurestilor nr. 224 E, judetul Ilfov, Romania, la Registratura – Administratie Aeroport. CNAB are obligaţia de a transmite răspuns la orice solicitare de clarificări, într-o perioadă care nu trebuie să depăşească, de regulă 3 (trei) zile lucrătoare de la primirea unei astfel de solicitări din partea operatorului economic, in funcţie de complexitatea răspunsului formulat. În cazul în care operatorul economic/candidatul nu a transmis solicitarea de clarificare în timp util, punând astfel entitatea contractantă în imposibilitate de a respecta termenul prevăzut la C.1.2., CNAB va răspunde la solicitarea de clarificare în măsura în care perioada necesară pentru elaborarea şi transmiterea răspunsului face posibilă primirea acestuia înainte de data limită pentru depunerea ofertei.
