Een opleidingsaanbod dat inspeelt op een voortdurend veranderende ontwikkelingen van buitenaf (lenig) en kwalitatief en kwantitatief past bij de leerbehoeften (robuust). Uit een gedegen leerbehoefteonderzoek in de gemeente Leeuwarden in zomer en najaar 2024 (in verbinding), zijn er vier onderwerpen naar boven komen drijven (Persoonlijk leiderschap, in contact met de inwoner, communicatie en samenwerken, agile werken). Om daadwerkelijk impact te creëren in de organisatie, is rondom deze thema’s een centrale aanpak nodig waarbij kwaliteit en continuïteit voorop staan. We willen dit samen met onze opleidingspartners doen voor de periode van 2025 – 2027 waarbij we ook de mogelijkheid hebben om het contract twee keer met een jaar te verlengen.
