Additional information
1. In situatia in care doi sau mai multi ofertanti clasati pe primele trei locuri, in procesul de reofertare, au acelasi pret/lot, comisia de evaluare va solicita noi propuneri financiare/lotul in cauza, care vor fi transmise electronic in SEAP, contractul fiind atribuit ofertantului a carui noua propunere financiara are pretul cel mai scazut;
2. Fara a aduce atingere prevederilor Legii nr. 182/2002 privind protectia informatiilor clasificate, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, operatorul economic va preciza in oferta depusa care din informatiile cuprinse in propunerea tehnica si in propunerea financiara sunt considerate a fi confidentiale, clasificate, protejate de un drept de proprietate intelectuala in masura in care, in mod obiectiv, dezvaluirea acestor informatii ar prejudicia interesele legitime ale operatorului economic, in special in ceea ce priveste secretul comercial si proprietatea intelectuala;
3. Procedura de achizitie se va finaliza prin încheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioada de 36 de luni, cu maximum trei operatori economici, cu reofertare în SEAP. Daca nu exista trei operatori economici cu oferte admisibile, procedura de atribuire pentru incheierea acordului-cadru poate continua numai cu acel/acei operator/operatori economic/economici care indeplineste/indeplinesc criteriile de calificare si selectie solicitate si care a/au prezentat oferta/oferte admisibila/admisibile;
4. Completarea formularului DUAE este obligatorie pentru toti operatorii economici ce depun oferta, inclusiv pentru terti sustinatori, subcontractanti, daca e cazul. Deschiderea/completarea/salvarea DUAE se realizeaza accesand aplicatia de la adresa de internet dedicata: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter
Nota: pentru completare DUAE, ofertantii vor consulta „Instructiuni de utilizare formular DUAE”, de pe pagina de start din SEAP.
Toate documentele care se pun in SEAP vor fi semnate cu semnatura electronica extinsa, conform art. 129 alin. (3) din Hotararea 394/2016.
