Proiectare si execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiţie imobiliară „Construcție pavilion nou – învățământ/cazare în cazarma 1175 Brașov”: - OBIECT 1 – Lucrări de demolare pavilioane existente; - OBIECT 2 – Lucrări de execuție pavilion învățământ/cazare; - OBIECT 3 – Lucrări de amenajări exterioare, drumuri și alei; - OBIECT 4 – Lucrări de gospodărie de apă; - OBIECT 5 – Grup electrogen; - OBIECT 6 – Branșamente utilități; - OBIECT 7 – Rețele exterioare; - OBIECT 8 – Curenți slabi; - OBIECT 9 – Acces nou incintă; Valoarea estimata a contractului de achiziție este de 71.579.534,25 lei fara TVA din care: - servicii de proiectare: 1.794.369,91 lei fara TVA - executie lucrari: 69.785.164,34 lei fara TVA Termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate de catre operatorii economici in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde acestor solicitari cu cel puțin 10 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Întocmirea Documentaţiei tehnice de protecţie şi securitate la incendiu (P.S.I.); d. Întocmirea Proiect tehnic de execuție inclusiv detalii de execuție; e. Elaborare certificat de performanță energetică; f. Acordarea de asistenţă tehnică din partea proiectantului pe şantier; g. Elaborare grafic fizic şi valoric de tip Gantt; h. Întocmirea și susținerea documentațiilor modificatoare în vederea reavizării și reaprobării indicatorilor tehnico-economici ai investiției, în cazul în care în procesul de elaborare a proiectului tehnic sau ulterior elaborării acestuia, în perioada execuției lucrărilor, se constată necesitatea modificării unor obiecte, cheltuieli și/sau a valorii investiției estimate prin studiul de fezabilitate / devizul general aprobat; i. Întocmire proiect tehnic “As-Built” inclusiv verificarea acestuia de către verificatori de proiecte atestați și prezentarea acestuia odată cu comunicarea de terminare a lucrărilor. j. Obţinerea avizului tehnic din partea ISC MapN; k. Obţinere avize conforme privind asigurarea utilităților; 2.
