Description: In cadrul acestei proceduri de achizitie, autoritatea contractanta doreste încheierea contractului de furnizarea dotărilor/mobilierului din cadrul proiectului „Creșterea calității vieții în municipiul Dej prin construirea și dotarea centrului social, recreativ și îmbunătățirea spațiilor publice urbane din zona acestuia”, cod SMIS 324120 Municipalitatea își propune să ofere tuturor celor 33.497 de cetățeni ai municipiului Dej, și în special celor aproximativ 5.000 de locuitori ai cartierului Ocna Dej și ai zonei centrale limitrofe, facilități destinate activităților sociale și recreative prin realizarea investiției Centru social și recreativ și amenajarea parcului aferent, conform descrierii din documentația tehnică. Grupul țintă vizat al acestei investiții îl reprezintă cetățenii de toate vârstele ce doresc să desfășoare activități sociale și recreaționale, implicând exerciții fizice având diferite intensități în cadrul facilităților centrului. Aceștia vor putea beneficia în cadrul funcțiunilor sociale ale Centrului, în proximitatea locuințelor lor, de terapii de relaxare, prin servicii de tipul hidroterapie (inclusiv cu apă sărată), masaj terapeutic și de relaxare, fitness terapeutic, aerosoli în camere cu mediu salin. Facilitățile oferite vor include Internet WiFi, astfel încât prezența tinerilor va fi încurajată. Informatii detaliate cu privire dotările si echipamentele ce urmeză a fi achiziționate sunt cuprinse in caietul de sarcini puse la dispozitie de autoritatea contractantă în cadrul licitației deschise online, ce va fi derulată pe SEAP. Caracterisiticile tehnice pentru dotarile ce urmează a fi furnizate sunt prevăzute în fișele tehnice. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 15-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. La solicitarile de clarificari venite dupa termenul limita indicat mai sus, autoritatea contractanta își rezerva dreptul de a nu formula raspuns.
