DescriptionPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa artykułów spożywczych do SP ZOZ w Hajnówce. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określono w „Formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym” – Załączniku nr 2, będącym integralną częścią SWZ. Obejmuje on takie pakiety jak: Pakiet 1 - mięso surowe, Pakiet 2 – przetwory mięsne, Pakiet 3 – drób, Pakiet 4 – ryby, Pakiet 5 – różne produkty spożywcze, Pakiet 6 – woda butelkowa, Pakiet 7 – produkty mleczarskie, Pakiet 8 – jaja, Pakiet 9 –mrożonki owocowe i warzywne, Pakiet 10 – pieczywo, Pakiet 11 - owoce i warzywa. Przedmiot zamówienia, tj. dostawa artykułów spożywczych, musi być realizowany zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 25 sierpnia 2006 r. o bezpieczeństwie żywności i żywienia oraz innymi obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, normami jakościowymi i technicznymi. Dostarczony asortyment winien być zapakowany w sposób uniemożliwiający uszkodzenie produktów w czasie transportu do ostatecznego miejsca dostawy (pomieszczenia). Odpowiedzialność za uszkodzenia produktów do momentu ich wydania Zamawiającemu i rozmieszczenia ponosi Wykonawca. Dostarczone produkty będą oznakowane zgodnie z wymaganiami rozporządzenia Ministra Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi z dnia 23 grudnia 2014 r. w sprawie znakowania poszczególnych rodzajów środków spożywczych.
