Additional information: #Bekanntmachungs-ID: CXP4YDAM9DX# Bei der vorliegenden Veröffentlichung handelt es sich nicht um die Vergabe eines öffentlichen Auftrags im Sinne der Vergabekoordinierungsrichtlinie (2014/24/EG) bzw. des Vergaberechts. Um ein höchstes Maß an Transparenz für die beabsichtigten Vertragsabschlüsse zu gewährleisten, erfolgt die Veröffentlichung im Supplement zum Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. In Ermangelung eines entsprechenden Veröffentlichungsformulars wird die Auftragsbekanntmachung genutzt. Die daraus resultierenden begrifflichen Vorgaben, wie bspw. die Verfahrensbezeichnung "offenes Verfahren", sind einzig der Nutzung dieses Bekanntmachungsformulars und der Veröffentlichungsplattform geschuldet. Eine weitere Bedeutung, insbesondere eine Unterwerfung unter vergaberechtlichen Regelungen, soweit sie nicht aus rechtlichen Gründen verpflichtet sind, ist damit nicht verbunden.
