Additional information: - Procédure de passation : Le marché est passé selon la procédure avec négociation conformément en application des articles L.et R. 2124-1, L.2124-3, R. 2124-4 et R.2161-21 à R.2161-23 du CCP. -Le marché est passé sous la forme d’un accord-cadre exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Il sera conclu avec trois opérateurs économiques. - L’accord-cadre est passé avec un maximum, en quantité, de 1 400 000 Litres soit 1 400 m3 par période (12 mois). En cas de reconduction de l’accord-cadre, le maximum sera identique. La procédure de passation du présent marché va se dérouler en deux phases successives : La phase candidature débutera avec la publication d’un avis d’appel public à la concurrence. Au terme de cette étape, les opérateurs économiques ayant déposé une candidature verront cette dernière analysée par l’acheteur qui se prononcera sur sa complétude et sa recevabilité. Les candidatures irrecevables seront éliminées, les autres acceptées et les candidats les ayant remises invités à soumissionner. À partir de cette invitation débutera la seconde phase de la procédure, la phase offre, ayant pour objectif la remise des offres par les soumissionnaires. - Les critères d’attribution ainsi que les éléments d'appréciation de ces critères sont précisés dans le Règlement de la Consultation. - Conformément au RC, une visite sur les lieux d'exécution du marché est obligatoire. -Les modalités de remise et d'analyse des offres et de déroulement des négociations de l’accord-cadre sont indiquées au règlement de la consultation. -Les modalités de remise et d'analyse des offres et de déroulement des négociations des marchés subséquents sont indiquées dans le CCAP
