Hankinta sisältää Lempäälän kunnan katujen, jalankulku- ja pyöräilyväylien, pysäkkien, alikulkupaikkojen, puistokäytävien ja yleisten parkkialueiden ymv. ja Lempäälän kunnan alueelle sijaitsevien katujen / yksityisteiden talvikunnossapidon (jäljempänä Palvelu) tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Tarjouspyynnön liitteissä on esitetty alueet (osat), yksilöidyt kohteet sekä kohteiden hoitoluokat. Palvelua suoritetaan 24/7. Palvelun pääsääntöinen suoritusaika sopimuskausittain on marraskuusta huhtikuuhun (1.11–30.4). Toimittaja vastaa Palvelusta sopimuskauden aikana huomioiden myös, mikäli talvi alkaa aikaisemmin tai päättyy myöhemmin kuin yllä mainittu pääsääntöinen suoritusaika. Toimittaja tulee olla henkilöstöä ja omaa kalustoa riittävästi Palvelun suorittamiseen.
