Main features of the procedure: The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974.The procurement will be carried out as a competitive dialogue after a prior notice in accordance with PPR parts I and III. This procedure gives all interested suppliers the possibility to submit a request for participation in the competition. Only tenderers who are qualified and then invited by the Contracting Authority can participate in the dialogue phase.
