Novērtējums jeb aprēķins tiek veikts, piemērojot Iepirkumu uzraudzības biroja tīmekļa vietnē ievietoto kalkulatoru “Transportlīdzekļa darbmūža ekspluatācijas izmaksu aprēķina kalkulators” (https://info.iub.gov.lv/transport-calculator). Maksimālo punktu skaitu – 20 punkti, piešķir piedāvājumam ar viszemākajām piedāvātajām izmaksām.
