În lotul I se includ toatele elementele geometrice ale strazilor: Zizinului, Toamnei, M. Kogalniceanu, inclusiv intersectiile;
— Lotul II (Anexa 2): strazile din partea sudica delimitate de str. Zizinului, Toamnei, Kogalniceanu, Iuliu Maniu (sector Hidromecanica – Al.I. Cuza), Al.I. Cuza, Avram Iancu, Stadionului (sector Avram Iancu – str. Lunga), Calea Fagarasului.
În Lotul II se includ toate elementele gometrice ale strazilor: Iuliu Maniu (sector Hidromecanica – str. Al.I. Cuza), str. Al.I. Cuza, Avram Iancu, Stadionului (sector str. Avram Iancu – str. Lunga), Calea Fagarasului, inclusiv intersectiile.
