Description: Eine Röntgenphotoelektronenspektroskopieplattform (XPS) wird für die Untersuchung von temperatur- und umgebungsbedingten Veränderungen der chemischen Zustände der Oberflächen von technischen Materialien, funktionalen Oberflächen, Beschichtungen sowie Pulvern genutzt. Um die spezifischen wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen der DLR-weiten Forschung berücksichtigen zu können, ist ein maßgeschneidertes hochauflösendes XPS notwendig, das mit einer UV-Strahlungsquelle für Ultraviolett-Photoelektronenspektroskopie , einem Modul für Reflektions-Elektronen-Energieverlust-Spektroskopie und entweder einem Modul für Ionenstreuspektroskopie oder einem Modul für (Niederenergie-)Inverse-Photoemissionsspektroskopie ausgestattet ist. Dieses soll mit dieser Ausschreibung beschafft werden
