Description: Los Centros docentes de la Universidad de Cantabria acostumbran a estar dotados de cafeterías para atender las necesidades de los usuarios del mismo (alumnos, personal docente y administrativo, etc.) Existe interés del Centro de que la Facultad cuente con un servicio de explotación de cafetería-comedor con el fin de facilitar a la Comunidad Universitaria del Centro un espacio -sin tener que abandonar el edificio- para desayunar, comer o tomar un café a un precio reducido, ahorrando tiempo y facilitando la continuidad en su trabajo, así como facilitar las relaciones interpersonales y sociales de la Comunidad Universitaria. Hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de una Facultad ubicada fuera del Campus Universitario y en una zona donde es difícil encontrar una cafetería o restaurante en áreas próximas al Centro.
