Description: Kravet gäller artiklar som är tillverkade av plast, helt eller delvis. Offererade artiklar ska inte bestå av, eller ha som utgångsämne: - Polyvinylklorid (PVC) - Polystyren (PS) - Melamin - Bisfenol UM har som målsättning att fasa ut artiklar av polykarbonat helt från sortimentet för köks-och serveringsutrustning. Målet är att sortimentet ska vara fritt från plaster som baseras på bisfenoler, men några positioner för kantiner samt menyhållare/skyltklämmor är undantagna. På följande produkter nedan accepteras polykarbonat, men annan plastsort, till exempel Tritan eller polypropen, föredras: Menyhållare och Skyltklämmor Plastsortimentet av varugruppen Kantiner Om det redan finns tillgängligt vid anbudslämnande ska annan plastsort än polykarbonat offereras. Om likvärdiga ersättningsprodukter tillgängliggörs på marknaden under avtalstiden ska kantiner och menyhållare/skyltklämmor av polykarbonat bytas ut mot andra plastsorter. UM ska informeras om eventuella produktutbyten.
