Description: L'Etablissement public du Capitole souhaite renforcer sa visibilité en s'adjoignant les services d'une agence de relations presse : - dans les médias nationaux et internationaux afin de donner une forte exposition aux activités artistiques de l'Opéra national et de l'Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse. - dans les médias nationaux et internationaux, au-delà du champ strictement artistique. L'objectif est de développer la parution de papiers de fond dans la presse nationale et internationale sur des thématiques institutionnelles, sociétales, culturelles et stratégiques Le marché comprend 2 lots: - Lot 1 : Prestations de promotion auprès des médias activités artistiques Opéra/Orchestre - Lot 2 : Prestations de promotion auprès des médias sur des thématiques institutionnelles, sociétales, culturelles et stratégiques L'accord-cadre est "composite" s'agissant du lot 1. Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". S'agissant du lot 2, il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Lot 1 : Montant maximum annuel : 17 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 : Montant maximum annuel : 30 000 euro(s) HT Les prix sont fermes. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an, reconduction 3 fois
