Description of selection criterion: Een lijst van de voornaamste gelijkaardige werken uitgevoerd tijdens de laatste vijf jaar, en gestaafd door getuigschriften van goede uitvoering. Minimumeisen: 3 attesten van goede uitvoering. De attesten moeten bij de offerte gevoegd worden. Het ontbreken van de attesten leidt tot nietigheid van de offerte.
Criterion: Technicians or technical bodies to carry out the work
Description of selection criterion: Snoei van bomen mag enkel uitgevoerd worden door gecertificeerde boomverzorgers (European Tree Worker / European Tree Technican / European Tree Manager /ISA Certified Arborist), of door een boomverzorger onder leiding van een European Tree Technician die de leiding heeft over de werkzaamheden. Een kopie van de certificaten moet aanwezig zijn bij de inschrijving. Deze perso(o)n(en) moeten ook daadwerkelijk op de werf aanwezig zijn. De inschrijver moet duidelijk aantonen dat hij deze personen in dienst heeft of er moet een verklaring op eer aan toegevoegd worden dat door de inschrijver als door de certificaathouder in onder aanneming, ondertekend met datumvermelding, besteknummer en bestektitel. Minimumeisen: Kopie certificaat European Tree Worker / European Tree Technican / European Tree Manager /ISA Certified Arborist Bewijs dat deze persoon in dienst is. Het certificaat en het bewijs moeten bij de offerte gevoegd worden. Indien een van deze documenten ontbreekt leidt dit tot nietigheid van de offerte.
