Description: Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture et pose de mobilier pour la ville de Lille et ses communes associées Lomme et Hellemmes. La présente consultation est passée par appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux articles R.2124-2 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique (CCP). Les prestations sont divisées en 12 lots et feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en application de l'article R. 2162-4 2° du Code de la Commande Publique. Additional information: Le montant indiqué à la section 2.1.3 correspond au montant maximum de commande tout lot confondu pour la durée totale du marché. Pour cette consultation, une remise d'échantillons est prévue pour le lot 4. Les lieux de livraison sont indiqués dans le présent Règlement de Consultation. Il est précisé que le "délai minimum de validité des offres : 180 jours " est également le délai maximum de validité des offres à compter de la date limite de réception des offres. Financement sur les fonds propres : Ville de Lille et ses communes associées. Les sommes dues au titulaire seront payées dans le délai global de paiement de 30 jours à compter de la réception des factures ou des demandes de paiement équivalentes. Aucune forme de groupement n'est imposée par le pouvoir adjudicateur. Le pouvoir adjudicateur interdit aux candidats de présenter leurs offres en agissant à la fois en qualité de candidats individuels et de membres d'un ou plusieurs groupements, conformément à l'article R2142-21 1° du Code de la commande publique. En cas d'attribution de l'accord-cadre à un groupement conjoint, le mandataire du groupement sera solidaire, pour l'exécution de l'accord-cadre, de chacun des membres du groupement pour ses obligations contractuelles en application de l'article R2142-24 du Code de la commande publique. Les voies de recours sont celles énoncées dans les pièces de la consultation.
