Description: Dit is een Open House procedure Re-integratie en Participatie. Er is geen sprake van een aanbestedingsprocedure, de Aanbestedingswet 2012 is niet van toepassing. De Open House Toelatingsprocedure maakt mogelijk tijdens de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst iedere aanbieder toe te laten die de betrokken diensten tegen vooraf vastgestelde voorwaarden kan leveren, waarbij de opdrachtgever geen selectie onder aanbieders maakt. Door de keuzevrijheid van de cliënten zelf, wordt er geen omzet- of volumegarantie gegeven. Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst met een geraamde waarde van (ongeveer) €3.000.000 euro voor de periode 2026-2029 voor de OWO-gemeenten. De maximale waarde voor de opdracht betreft €3.500.000 euro voor de periode 2026-2029. Er kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden aan de raming.
