Competence and experience Assessment of the tenderer's competence and relevant experience, including experience with innovation, commercialisation and work in university and research environments. Furthermore, emphasis will be placed on experience within relevant disciplines, documented results from equivalent projects, as well as competence, composition and capacity in the offered core team. 2. Implementation model and method Assessment of proposed methodology and implementation model for the assignment, including processes for commercialisation, DOFI assessments, student innovation and innovation in education. Emphasis will be put on to what degree the methodology and measures appear as appropriate, systematic, feasible and adapted to UiT ́s needs. 3. Value creation Assessment of the tenderer's documented ability to realise commercial results from research based projects, including establishment of companies, licences and capital acquisition, as well as to what degree the tenderer's experience and approach substantiates further value creation and goal achievement in the contract period. 4. Collaboration and integration An assessment of how the tenderer will ensure cooperation and integration with UiT and relevant professional environments, as well as any excess value beyond the minimum requirements for interaction and availability. The sub-criteria are to be assessed together under quality.
