Title: Gebietserweiterung Nord - Bau Pumpstation Rathenaustraße
Description: Zum Liefer- und Leistungsumfang der VE-Bautechnik gehört u.a. die Herstellung einer wasserdichten Trogbaugrube. Die Statik für die Bautechnische Prüfung sowie die Ausführungsplanung obliegt dem AN. Aufgrund der lokalen Gegebenheiten ist eine innenliegende Aussteifung durch eine oder mehrere Steifenlagen vorzusehen. Alle mit der Herstellung der wasserdichten Trogbaugrube einhergehenden Arbeiten, beispielsweise Wasserhaltung etc. sind Teil des LuL. Die Entsorgungskosten des Erdaushubs gehen zulasten des AGs. Der Abtransport zur Verwertungsstelle und die einhergehende Logistik erfolgt durch den AN. Abstimmungen mit Behörden oder anderen öffentlichen Stellen erfolgen durch den AG unter Zuarbeit des AN. Die Herstellung der eigentlichen Pumpstation erfolgt anhand der durch den AG zur Verfügung gestellten Ausführungsplanung in Stahlbetonbauweise. Die Werk- und Montageplanung erfolgt durch den AN; beispielsweise Ausführungsplanung des WU-Konzepts. Während der Baumaßnahme ist eine enge Abstimmung mit den Vergabeeinheiten Anlagentechnik und EMSR-Technik erforderlich. In Abhängigkeit der durch die genannten Vergabeeinheiten definierten Montagefreiheitsbedingungen sind durch die Vergabeeinheit Bautechnik bereits hergestellte Teilbereiche zu räumen und den anderen Vergabeeinheiten zur Verfügung zu stellen.
