Title: AV hardware vergaderen t.b.v. de Rechtspraak
Description: IVO Rechtspraak (Aanbestedende dienst) schrijft een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor de levering van audiovisuele (AV-)hardware en toebehoren ten behoeve van hybride vergaderzalen binnen de Rechtspraak. Het beheer en onderhoud doet IVO Rechtspraak zelf. De opdracht heeft tot doel het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal drie (3) en minimaal twee (2) opdrachtnemers voor een periode van twee (2) jaar, met een optie tot verlenging van tweemaal één (1) jaar (maximaal vier jaar). De scope van de raamovereenkomst omvat hoofdzakelijk: • de levering van AV-producten uit een bestaande productcatalogus (installed base); • functionele uitvragen voor nieuwe of vervangende AV-oplossingen; • in specifieke gevallen aanvullende dienstverlening via nadere overeenkomsten (zoals logistiek, support of tijdelijke inzet van capaciteit). De Rechtspraak beschikt over circa 350 vergaderzalen verspreid over rechtbanken en gerechtshoven. Op basis van de te verwachten ontwikkeling van de vernieuwings- en vervangingsvraag verwacht IVO Rechtspraak dat de totale omzet die voortvloeit uit Nadere opdrachten en Nadere overeenkomsten onder de Raamovereenkomst AV Hybride vergaderen tussen de €600.000 en €1.000.000 per kalenderjaar (exclusief btw) zal liggen. Dit betreft een raming. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend en hieruit vloeit geen afnameverplichting voort voor de Aanbestedende dienst. De maximale waarde van de Overeenkomst bedraagt €4.500.000 (exclusief btw) voor de maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar, bestaande uit een initiële periode van twee (2) jaar met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging met tweemaal één (1) jaar.
